3 min for max reps thrusters, 115/85lb
Did 95/75/30 for a score of 200...AND I puked. Yes! First time in awhile. I had it coming with the way I've been eating this past week. Burgers, pizza, the "CAKE!!!" that Vin made me, and some candy here and there (WHAT!?)...It was SO worth it. Now its back to eating clean for me. I'm training for the 2030 Crossfit Games Masters competition :)
