Me Wanna Lift.

Today I did Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1. Because of the Open and my absurd amount of re-testing, it's been awhile since I've gone heavy on any of the overhead lifts. Did some good shoulder prep/mobility and then progressed through the WOD hitting 185-205-225-255-275-295 (ties my PR)-305 (failed). Felt good to throw some weight overhead!
